The founder of The EGSM, Ebony Gold, began her modeling career in her hometown of Beaumont, Texas after being discovered at the age of 16. Since then, she has traveled the United States participating in high end fashion, editorial, catalog and runway events. She has continuously supported philanthropy and acquired much of her experience through working with independent creatives. After years of perfecting her craft, she became interested in model instruction. In 2015, after working in Los Angeles and New York City, She realized that her passion is helping others transform their own craft. Ebony became skilled in developing and implementing learner and advanced level teaching and possesses in-depth knowledge of conventional and non-conventional instructional methodology that allows her to deliver knowledge through the appropriate medium. Her vision for the EGSM is to transform the world of modeling by embracing inclusivity and creating confidence that translates into the future.
